We’re using Stripe for our billing system. The prefered billing method is credit card.
Can you help me understand how you invoice?
- We bill ahead according to volume: If you exceed your volume you’ll have to upgrade.
- Currency conversion: Our pricing is in US Dollars, if you use another currency, make sure you calculate based on current exchange rates at the time of your invoice.
My account seems to still be blocked – can you help me understand why?
Our system will try to extract the invoice amount 5 times. After that your subscription will be cancelled.
